QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar field.  
• Diploma Interior Designing (with experience in Corporate Interior Fit outs).  

PREFERRED SKILLS 

• Prior experience working in D&B Interior fit out companies required.   
• Must have worked in Commercial Corporate Offices.   
• Software skills include AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office.  

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Understanding and determining client’s needs and requirements.   
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.  
• Developing and presenting project proposals.   
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.   
• Client Interactions.  
• Ability to develop look and feel.   
• Co‐ordination with consultants, client & vendors.   
• Preparing drawings, specifications and documents.   
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.   
• Managing Project Teams.   
• Periodic Site visits when required.   
• Handover Documentation and Project closure.   
• Good Communication and Presentation skills   
• Creativity & Pro activeness   
• Good Leadership Skills
