A leading organization in the textile industry is looking for an experienced Business Head – Textile Division to lead and expand its business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive overall business growth and profitability of the textile division
• Manage sales, operations, production, and business development activities
• Develop strategic plans for market expansion and customer acquisition
• Lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial functions
• Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, competition, and new business opportunities
• Ensure operational efficiency, quality standards, and revenue targets

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in textile manufacturing, textile machinery, weaving, spinning, processing, or technical textiles
• Proven leadership experience in handling large business operations
• Excellent commercial, operational, and strategic management skills
• Experience in team management and P&L responsibility
• Strong industry network and business development capabilities
