A leading Printing & Packaging Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Director – Printing Operations to lead and manage large-scale printing and packaging operations across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end printing operations including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and process optimization
• Drive operational excellence across offset, gravure, flexographic, digital, and packaging printing processes
• Manage plant productivity, cost optimization, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, procurement, and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Develop strategies for process improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Lead large operational teams, plant heads, and cross-functional departments
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and production planning activities
• Support business growth initiatives and expansion strategies within the printing & packaging division

Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in printing & packaging operations management
• Experience in offset, flexible packaging, labels, cartons, or commercial printing
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality systems
• Leadership experience in handling large manufacturing teams and multi-plant operations
• Strong commercial understanding with operational decision-making capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
• MBA/Operations Management qualification will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the Printing & Packaging industry
• Strong exposure to modern printing technologies and plant operations
• Ability to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and process transformation
