Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale infrastructure EPC projects end-to-end. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of infrastructure EPC projects (roads, highways, bridges, metro, industrial, etc.)
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within timelines and budget
• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Manage project P&L, cost optimization, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee risk management, project controls, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Lead large, cross-functional project teams and site operations
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in infrastructure EPC projects
• Proven experience in handling large-scale projects (₹500 Cr+ or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in project planning, contracts management, and execution
• Exposure to international projects is an added advantage

Preferred Background

• Experience with reputed EPC companies
• Prior role as Project Head / Project Director / Construction Director
• Strong exposure to highways, rail, metro, or large industrial infrastructure
