Designation :   CI- Flexo Operator

Exp : 5 yrs

Locations –Daman  – Gujarat’s Valsad district (near by Vapi)i

Domain :  Flexible Packaging industry

Gender : Male

Office Timing : shift wise

Working days : 6 days

Key Responsibilities :  

• Reading and understanding of Job Ticket  
• Selection of Sleeves, Anilox, Printing units, inks, solvents etc., 
• Sequencing colours on machine  
• Plate visual inspection before it goes to printing machine  
• Mounting plates on sleeves with required tapes and dimensions if required  
• Opening and closing of printing decks  
• Loading Anilox and plate sleeve on machine  
• Doctor blade chamber fixing, using proper inks, checking viscosity etc.  
• Pressure setting of Anilox to plate and plate to film  
• Registration of image 
• Shade matching as per customer requirement  
• Online quality checking as per our quality standards 
•  In-house shade matching with reference to the pantone shades  
• Managing shade consistency while production  
• Responsible for higher output without compromising quality  
• Responsible for minimising the scrap  
• Awareness of printing machine maintenance  
• Coordination with shift supervisor for printing schedule 
• Coordinating with shift supervisor and down line persons to reduce downtime and yield etc.,  Checking of treatment level before roll loading  
• Checking of tape test, shade, registration etc.,  
• Data entry on log book with all information about shift and machine  
• Maintaining communication book regarding happenings in shift  
• Proper handover of shift to reliever  
• Maintaining proper housekeeping on shop floor 
• Cross checking of roll preparation & proper splicing without failure  
• Maintaining temperatures of BCD & Tunnel dryer for proper drying of Inks  
• Calibration of LEL in the given interval ..

Requirements : Qualification

• Diploma in PrinƟng Technology / ITI or its equivalent. 
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in running the prinƟng machine independently, preferably from the Flexible Packaging Industry. 
• Skills Required : Positive aƫtude and eagerness to learn. 
• Working Criteria : Willingness to work in shiŌs. 
• Gender : Male candidate
