About the Company
We are a Dubai Based leading real estate developer specializing in high-quality residential and commercial
building projects. With a strong focus on timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality excellence,
we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with an experienced Senior Quantity
Surveyor.
Role Overview
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial and cost-related
aspects of building construction projects from budgeting to final account settlement. The role
requires strong expertise in cost control, contract management, billing certification, and vendor
coordination within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
 Prepare detailed project cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies
 Develop BOQs and manage tendering processes
 Evaluate contractor quotations and prepare comparative statements
 Negotiate rates and finalize work orders/contracts
 Verify site measurements and certify RA bills
 Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
 Manage variations, extra items, and change orders
 Prepare monthly MIS and commercial reports for management
 Review and finalize contractor bills and project accounts
 Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors
Candidate Profile
 Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
 15 to 30 years of relevant experience in building construction projects
 Prior experience working with a Real Estate Developer is preferred
 Strong knowledge of Indian construction standards (CPWD / IS Specifications)
 Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity take-offs
 Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
 Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
