Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a growing engineering & manufacturing organization. The role requires strong strategic leadership, operational excellence, and proven experience in managing large-scale manufacturing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive overall business growth, profitability, and expansion strategy
• Lead and manage multi-plant manufacturing operations
• Develop long-term organizational vision and execution roadmap
• Strengthen vendor management & supply chain network (300+ vendors)
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization
• Build strong leadership teams across operations, sales, and production
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and corporate governance

Candidate Profile

• 18–25+ years of experience in Engineering / Manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership experience in CEO / COO / Business Head / Plant Director roles
• Strong exposure to large manufacturing operations & P&L management
• Excellent strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
• Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage
