Job Title: Brand Director – FMCG
Location: India

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Brand Director to lead brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy for our FMCG business. The role requires a senior professional with strong leadership capabilities, proven brand-building expertise, and deep understanding of consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term brand strategy and growth roadmap
- Lead brand positioning, communication, and portfolio management
- Drive product innovation and successful product launches
- Manage brand P&L, marketing budgets, and ROI optimization
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital & Trade Marketing)
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- 15–20 years of experience in FMCG brand management
- Strong exposure to national brand development and category leadership
- Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and teams
- Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹50 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
