Role Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the organization, driving business growth, operational excellence, and profitability within the packaging manufacturing industry. The role involves overseeing business operations, market expansion, financial performance, and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Define and execute company vision, strategy, and long-term business goals
✔ Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across India and global markets
✔ Lead manufacturing operations, supply chain, and commercial functions
✔ Develop strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders
✔ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management
✔ Strengthen operational efficiency and process optimization
✔ Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety, and quality standards
✔ Lead senior leadership team and build high-performance culture
✔ Identify new business opportunities, innovation, and product diversification
✔ Represent the organization with investors, clients, and industry bodies

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Management
✔ MBA or equivalent leadership qualification preferred
✔ 18–25+ years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG-related industry
✔ Proven experience in senior leadership / CEO / Business Head role
