Job Opening: Sales Head – Textile Printing Machinery

Industry: Textile Printing Machinery Manufacturing
Location: India (Pan-India Role)
CTC: Up to ₹50 LPA (Depending on experience & performance)
Experience Required: 10–18 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead and expand the sales operations for a leading textile printing machinery manufacturing business in India. The role involves driving strategic growth, strengthening market presence, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team across the country.

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to textile machinery sales, deep industry connections, and proven success in achieving aggressive revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement pan-India sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion across textile clusters
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills, garment manufacturers, and printing units
  • Handle strategic and high-value client accounts
  • Lead negotiations and close large-scale business deals

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales teams
  • Set performance targets and monitor sales KPIs
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews

Market Development

  • Expand dealer and distributor networks across India
  • Strengthen brand positioning within the textile industry
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Coordinate with production, technical, and service teams for customer satisfaction

Candidate Profile

✔ 10+ years of experience in textile machinery / textile equipment sales
✔ Strong network within textile printing, processing, or manufacturing industry
✔ Proven track record in leadership roles and revenue generation
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
✔ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across India

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Textile Technology / Business Administration
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
