We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Purchase Head for a leading FMCG company based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and vendor management
• Develop cost optimization and sourcing strategies
• Manage supplier negotiations and long-term contracts
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials
• Maintain strong coordination with production, supply chain, and finance teams
• Drive process improvements and compliance standards

Key Requirements:

• 12–18+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor development
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Proven experience in handling high-value procurement budgets
