We are seeking a dynamic and experienced construction leader to oversee end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects. This role will be responsible for driving project delivery, quality, timelines, and operational excellence across multiple sites.

✔ Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead execution of residential construction projects from planning to handover
✔ Oversee multiple project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery
✔ Drive project scheduling, resource planning, and cost optimization
✔ Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
✔ Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and safety standards
✔ Monitor budgets, project progress, and risk mitigation strategies
✔ Implement best construction practices and process improvements
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage site and project teams

✔ Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
✔ 15+ years of experience in residential construction projects
✔ Proven experience managing large-scale or multiple project sites
✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
✔ Expertise in project planning, execution, and quality control
✔ Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance norms
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

✔ Preferred Experience

✔ Experience handling township or high-rise residential developments
✔ Exposure to cluster/location-level project management
✔ Strong track record of on-time project delivery
