Exp : 8 – 10 yrs

Qualification: PG(minimum) with preferably PCM 

Gender : Any gender

Role & Responsibilities- 

 

  1. Overseeing, coordinating and managing the school’s day-to-day operations. 
  2. Handling disciplinary matters among students and teachers. 
  3. Managing school logistics and supplies. 
  4. Planning school improvements. 
  5. Coordination and supervision among various departments, teachers, dorm In Charge’s and staff members of the school. 
  6. Setting and managing learning goals for teachers and students. 
  7. Liaising with various departments and forwarding any issues or suggestions to the principal. 
  8. Attending and participating in meetings with students, teachers and parents. 
  9. Interaction with all stakeholders of the school which includes- fellow faculty members, teachers, students as well as parents. 
  10. Planning and organising school events, activities and trips. 
  11. Addressing concerns of students, teachers and parents, as and when required.
  12. Role requires a Senior educator aged 45 years and above who can effectively manage Vice Principal responsibilities along with teaching duties.
  13. The candidate should be capable of conducting classes for Grades 11 and 12, preferably in Science subjects such as Physics or Chemistry, though strong academic capability in other relevant subjects will also be considered.
