A leading rubber manufacturing company in Maharashtra specializing in CR (Chloroprene Rubber) products is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead business operations, drive growth, and strengthen market position.

Role Summary:
The CEO will be responsible for overall business strategy, operational excellence, financial performance, and expansion initiatives. The role requires strong leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in rubber or polymer-related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business strategy and company operations
• Drive revenue growth and profitability
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and operational efficiency
• Develop expansion and market growth strategies
• Build and lead senior leadership teams
• Strengthen customer and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with industry, safety, and regulatory standards
• Represent the company with key stakeholders and partners

Key Requirements:

• 15–25 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
• Prior experience in rubber, polymer, chemical, or allied manufacturing industries preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations and P&L responsibility
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Engineering or management qualification preferred
