Role Overview
We are seeking a conscientious, driven, and knowledgeable Paper & Board Sales Professional to join our high-performing Business Development team as Key Account Manager, primarily focusing on India.
Educational Qualification
- MBA from a reputed college/university.
Experience
- 10–15 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience with global companies (preferred).
Industry Knowledge
- Strong understanding of paper and paperboard products, including grades, specifications, and applications.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage large-volume orders, pricing strategies, and shipment planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language Requirements
- Hindi (mandatory).
- English (professional proficiency).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts in the India region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Coordinate with global suppliers and internal teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
