Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Export Director to lead and scale the organization’s international business operations. The role involves driving export strategy, expanding global markets, managing key international clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export strategies to grow international revenue
• Identify and penetrate new global markets and distribution channels
• Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and partners
• Oversee export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams for smooth execution
• Monitor global market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Lead and mentor the export sales team to achieve targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in export sales/business development at a senior level
• Strong exposure to international markets (preferably agriculture, agri-products, FMCG, or allied sectors)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of export regulations, INCOTERMS, and logistics
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities

Compensation:
CTC up to ₹45 LPA (flexible for the right candidate)
