We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is a leading manufacturer of Industrial Pumps for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Any west region in India

Experience: 8+ years

Position: Permanent

Education: BE/Diploma

Department: Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth for the assigned Division, managing the sales team, developing distributor networks, and ensuring strong customer relationships within the sector.

  • Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned region.
  • Achieve regional sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
  • Support and guide the team in achieving their goals.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.
