Job Title: Head of Maintenance – Textile Industry
Location: Gujarat
CTC: Up to ₹30 Lakhs per annum

Company Overview:
A well-established textile manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to oversee all plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth, uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire maintenance department for the textile plant.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Ensure minimal machine downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
• Manage troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of textile machinery.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Implement safety standards, compliance requirements, and engineering best practices.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, inventory, and spare parts management.
• Lead and train a team of technicians and maintenance engineers.
• Plan upgrades, machine overhauls, and improvement projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• 10–18 years of experience in maintenance within the textile industry (spinning, weaving, dyeing, processing, or garment manufacturing).
• Strong technical expertise in textile machinery and utility equipment.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing plant operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and leadership skills.

Education:

• Diploma/BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
