About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Director to lead, manage, and transform the technology landscape for our industrial manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will drive digital initiatives, strengthen IT infrastructures, improve system efficiencies, and ensure seamless integration across all manufacturing and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT operations, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and manufacturing systems.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology project timelines.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across the manufacturing ecosystem.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery preparedness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Lead and mentor the IT team to support business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 12–18 years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior IT leadership role.
• Proven experience in industrial manufacturing or related sectors.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
• Experience driving automation and digital transformation in a manufacturing setup.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making capability.
• Vendor management and project management experience.
