About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Brand Strategy to lead brand identity, creative direction, and multi-platform storytelling. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong creative background who can build and scale a high-performing team while driving brand-led growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Brand Building

  • Define and own the brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead creative direction for brand awareness, product marketing, creator communication, and major campaigns.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Build a full creative team from the ground up (designers, writers, editors, community managers).
  • Establish workflows, creative processes, quality standards, and review systems.
  • Mentor and guide the team to deliver high-quality, fast-turnaround content.

Content & Campaign Ownership

  • Plan and execute brand campaigns, social content, narratives, and creative assets.
  • Oversee scripts, captions, creative briefs, product videos, and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with growth, product, and partnerships teams to align creative with business objectives.

Product & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop creative strategies for app marketing, product explainers, launches, retention communication, and feature highlights.
  • Support partner brands by designing high-level creative and campaign strategies when required.
  • Build a consistent narrative that connects creators, brands, and the wider ecosystem.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or digital content leadership.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, platform algorithms, content formats, and brand frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience in content ideation, copywriting, scripting, or basic design/video.
  • Proven experience in building or scaling creative teams or agency pods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Trend-aware, strategic, data-driven, and outcome-oriented mindset.
