About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for a reputed organization in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR strategy, leadership hiring, policy development, employee relations, and compliance within industrial or maritime environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall HR strategy and operations across all business units
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership hiring for critical roles
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry regulations
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and retention programs
• Manage training & development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities
• Partner with management for organization development and change management
• Lead HR automation, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• 12–18+ years of HR experience, preferably in maritime, shipping, logistics, or manufacturing industries
• Strong exposure to HR strategy, policy design, and leadership hiring
• Excellent knowledge of Indian labour laws and compliance
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent qualification

Compensation:

• CTC up to ₹70 LPA based on experience and suitability
