  • Designation: Regional Sales Head
  • Location: Srilanka
  • Experience: 8 to 12  years
  • Position: Permanent

  • Reporting to: Sales Head

Role Overview:

As a Regional Sales Head , you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in two states., identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the herbal  beauty products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote herbal beauty products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales performance
  • Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products and utilize effective communication and negotiation skills 
  • Channel & Distributor management -Responsible for relationship with distributors, dealers, and resellers & distribution in targeted outlets
  • Managing distributor / channel relationships through multiple interactions, resolving their issues.  
  • Optimizing the Sales Team to increase volumes and achieve goals Planning and Forecasting for Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and annually.  
  • Planning and implementing regional level sales strategies for revenue growth  

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
  • Strong skills in New Business Development
  • Ability to build and maintain Customer Relationships
  • Track record of achieving Sales Targets
  • Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in the Herbal products or FMCG
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field,
