About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Sales & Digital Marketing to lead business growth, client acquisition, and revenue performance for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This leadership role involves driving sales strategy, managing key client relationships, ensuring P&L success, and mentoring high-performing teams. The position reports directly to the CEO and oversees the heads of performance, creative, and client servicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales, business development, and client acquisition to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies from lead generation to closure.
  • Oversee P&L management, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
  • Drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling through strong relationship management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align marketing execution with business goals.
  • Represent the organization in strategic client meetings, industry events, and negotiations.
  • Provide thought leadership in digital marketing trends and innovation.
  • Mentor and lead sales and account management teams, fostering excellence and accountability.
  • Build scalable sales processes and reporting frameworks to support continuous growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 12–20 years of leadership experience in digital marketing, media, or performance marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, performance metrics, and ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business preferred.
