We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients in automotive accessories industry for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: Purchase Executive

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 3 to 5  Years

Position: Permanent

1) PURPOSE:
As a Procurement Specialist, you are responsible of all procurement activities. We are looking for a
dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive who will be responsible for handling both
domestic and international (import) purchases, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and
managing order planning as per production and business requirements. The candidate will
coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth
operations and cost efficiency.

2) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement for both domestic and imported materials/components.
  • Prepare and release purchase orders based on approved requisitions and planningschedules.
  • Conduct vendor evaluation, negotiation, and price comparison to ensure cost-effectivesourcing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for import documentation, shipmenttracking, and timely clearance.
  • Plan and monitor order schedules to ensure material availability as per production anddispatch plans.
  • Maintain vendor database, update supplier records, and ensure compliance with companypolicies.
  • Review and verify proforma invoices, quotations, and LC documents (if applicable).
  • Follow up on material delivery timelines, handle delays or discrepancies, and communicate updates to concerned teams.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department for vendor payments and invoice verification.
  • Maintain purchase records, cost sheets, and reports for management review.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, supplier development, and processimprovement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Mechanic al, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement (both domestic & import) in a manufacturing or trading environment.
  • Good knowledge of import documentation, incoterms, HS codes, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP  systems, and purchase planning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
