About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in managing global teams and operational excellence in the digital software and services space. This strategic role will drive the transformation of our Global Capability Center (GCC) into a hub of innovation, operational rigor, and business impact. The GCC Leader will shape strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives to deliver tangible enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies, establish vision and mission for the GCC, and align cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Global Operations Management: Oversee and optimize global operational centers for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness; implement performance benchmarks and metrics.
  • Innovation & Learning Culture: Champion a high-performance, “learn-it-all” culture that embraces change, fosters creativity, and leverages technology.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead diverse teams across product, engineering, and delivery to drive innovation in SaaS solutions.
  • Customer Centricity: Ensure initiatives enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth; align customer success teams with product and engineering.
  • Driving Business Impact: Deliver tangible results, accelerate growth, and address strategic challenges while creating enterprise value.
  • Operational Rigor: Implement strong processes and governance for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Over 20 years of leadership experience in operations within digital software and services.
  • Deep understanding of AI, Engineering, and Enterprise SaaS principles.
  • Proven experience managing and scaling global operational centers, especially in engineering, product, and customer success.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
