Hiring: Head – Manufacturing / COO
We are looking for a seasoned Head – Manufacturing (COO level) to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. The role is critical to driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational excellence, and supporting sustainable growth.

Reports to: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across production, quality, procurement, logistics, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute long-term business strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance of business units.
- Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/TS, IATF 16949, OHSAS, and other industry standards.
- Spearhead digital transformation, automation, and technology adoption.
- Encourage R&D collaboration for new product and process innovations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech with 20+ years’ experience in the engineering/manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in operations leadership, strategy execution, and P&L management.
- Strong people leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Authority:
- Review and implement course corrections in plant operations.
- Financial decision-making within delegated authority.
- Stop, correct, and restart processes in case of non-conformities.
