    • We are seeking a BIM Manager with over 5 years of experience in Building Information Modeling and digital project delivery. 
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, managing multidisciplinary design teams, and ensuring compliance with global BIM standards across all project phases. 
    • This role requires advanced expertise in model coordination, clash detection, and template and families development, as well as strong skills in data management and project collaboration platforms. 
    • The candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership, technical, and communication abilities, with the capacity to train and mentor teams in BIM workflows and best practices. 
    • Proficiency in 360 BIM, Revit,  is required, along with the ability to integrate BIM processes into overall project delivery. 
  • A Registered Architect license and BIM Manager certification are mandatory.
