Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in the energy sector. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, driving innovation, and fostering sustainable growth. This individual will work closely with the Board of Directors, government agencies, investors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the company thrives in a dynamic and evolving energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategy aligned with energy market trends and sustainability goals
• Lead the organization in operational efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Drive growth through innovation in renewable energy, decarbonization, and emerging technologies
• Oversee financial performance, risk management, and capital allocation
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships (government, regulators, investors, community)
• Represent the company at industry forums, media events, and with policy makers
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and environmental responsibility

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in the energy sector (renewable, oil & gas, utilities, etc.)
• Strong understanding of energy markets, regulations, and global sustainability trends
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term results and long-term vision
• Financial acumen and experience managing large budgets and complex projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and net-zero strategies
• Engineering, Energy, Environmental Science, or Business degree preferred; MBA a plus
