Job Description

The CTO is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, driving innovation, overseeing product development, and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap

• Lead software development, architecture, and infrastructure decisions

• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance

• Manage and grow engineering and product teams

• Stay up to date with emerging tech trends and evaluate adoption

• Work with leadership to align technology with business vision

Key Skills:

• Full-stack development & system architecture

• Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API integrations

• Cybersecurity and data protection best practices

• Agile/Scrum project management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in a senior tech leadership role

• Deep understanding of scalable software systems and architecture

• Experience building and leading high-performing tech teams

• Strategic thinker with a strong business and product sense

Experience:

• 12 -15+ years of experience in the tech industry
