Job Description

Responsible for leading key projects in textile manufacturing, including plant expansion, process improvement, and modernization. Ensures timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage textile manufacturing projects

  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders

  • Drive process improvement and automation initiatives

  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and compliance are met

  • Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of textile processes (weaving, dyeing, etc.)

  • Project management and leadership experience

  • Familiar with ERP systems, MS Project, and lean manufacturing

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsExperience – 18 +
