Designation: Mechanical Design & Development manager

Location : Pune

Company is looking for a person who has 5 years’ experience in automobile industry with below given skills:-

• Must have excellent experience of using solidworks, CATIA, CREO, Pro Engineer or other 3D CAD software as a mechanical design tool focused on automobile industrial machinery.
• Must Have experience with data acquisition systems.
• Must have troubleshooting skills for complex electromechanical system
• Must be innovative, experienced with designing complex assemblies.
• Must have excellent drafting skills to create fabrication drawing and bills of materials.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage, prioritize and complete projects or programs of moderate to large size, scope and duration.
• Oversees the completion of an engineering project with general supervision.
• Coordinate project work with other engineers, designers and/or drafters.
• Design components and assemblies related to your area of expertise or design.
• Conduct research and analysis, recommend designs.
• Create 3D models of complex systems or products.
• Experience in fixturing and robotic arm tooling, mechanism design.
• Experience in product testing procedure and familiar with stress analysis and FEA/CFD software.
• Receive and review the process and product requirements, work with suppliers to obtain information and quotes, and generate specifications.
• Troubleshoot, analysem identify, evaluate, propose, implement and document engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather information and draft reports, and improve equipment, process and product.

Salary :- Will be based on interview performance.
