Job Description
The Project Head oversees all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This leadership role involves strategic planning, resource management, stakeholder coordination, and driving operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop and implement construction strategies and processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Build and lead high-performing project and site teams
- Foster strong client and vendor relationships
- Report progress and risks to senior leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in construction leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
