Job Description

The Vice President of Business Development (VP BD) is responsible for driving strategic growth through partnerships, new market opportunities, and revenue-generating initiatives. This role leads the business development team, builds key client relationships, and develops long-term strategies to expand the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Lead deal negotiations, contract development, and strategic alliances.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align growth efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales leadership, preferably in the tech/IT industry.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
