Job Description

Job Summary:

The CEO will lead the organization’s strategic direction, operations, and financial performance. This role is responsible for driving growth, ensuring long-term sustainability, and representing the company to stakeholders, partners, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company strategy in alignment with vision and goals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and executive leadership team
  • Ensure financial health, budgeting, and compliance
  • Build strategic partnerships and represent the company externally
  • Report performance and key developments to the Board

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years in a CEO, MD, or equivalent role
  • Strong background in strategy, finance, operations, and team leadership
  • Proven success scaling businesses, entering new markets, or managing change
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
