Job Description
Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the
organization, ensuring strategic goals are met, managing budgets, improving
performance, and fostering a productive, compliant, and customer-focused work
environment. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with
stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company
objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of all departments including sales, finance, HR,
operations, and marketing.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze business performance for
informed decision-making.
• Set goals and performance targets for departments and employees.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to improve engagement and
productivity.
• Build relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion.
• Address client issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and training programs.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management,
or a related field.
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior managerial role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and drive results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital transformation tools.
