Locations –  Whitefields, Kondapur Hyderabad- Hybrid mode

Job Type: Full time , 5 days working,  Hybrid mode  (Mon and Fri WFH , remaining 3 days work from Office)

Working Hours:  2 shift ( 10.00 AM – 07.00 PM  and 12.00 PM – 08.00 PM )

Supporting our German client, one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance power transmission belts. We have an excellent opportunity available at our corporate office in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft 365 to meet specific business needs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Provide consulting guidance and support to internal departments for implementing Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ensure that all solutions follow best practices, are scalable, and comply with corporate security standards.

Experience and Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft Power Platform Architect.
• Proven experience in evaluation, planning, design, migration, and implementation of solutions related to Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365 are highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in developing Power Apps, automation workflows, and integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. 

Personal Skills and Qualities :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or a Master’s in Computer Applications.
• Additional professional training in Microsoft Power BI, Azure, and Microsoft Apps is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while proactively engaging with global teams.
• Structured and self-organized working style with a focus on achieving results.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge.
