Location: Noida

Exp : 3 yrs

DEPARTMENT – Production

REPORT TO : Production

 

JOB PURPOSE

 

We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer preferably having experience in Ready mix concrete (RMC) production to manage and streamline production operations, focusing on quality, efficiency, and cost optimization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage manpower, materials, machine, and production
  • Set up quality control procedures, improve quality and efficiency
  • Overseeing the production process, drawing up production schedules
  • Ensuring that the production is cost-effective
  • Ensure implementation of safety procedures
  • Supervising and motivating a team of workers

 

Qualifications: Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Production Engineering

Experience: Min 3 years of experience in production/ quality in the RMC plant

Employment Type: Full-time  

Industry: Manufacturing

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ready mix concrete production and lab trials

 

Office Timing – 9 to 6PM

Working days – 6 days
