Job Description (Responsibilities):

(Sales In-charge)

1. Implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for Management solutions through

ophthalmologists, optometrists, Diabetologists and purchasing managers.

2. Conduct presentations and schedule product demonstrations and to showcase the features

and benefits of OCT and Fundus devices.

3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues,

and providing product support as needed.

4. Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely

resolution of technical issues.

5. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or

related field.

• Proven track record of 3+ years in medical device sales, particularly in ophthalmic diagnostic

equipment.

• Strong knowledge of OCT and Fundus imaging technology, with the ability to effectively

communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and

influence key stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
