SERVICE AREA MANAGER India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka

Main responsibility and activities

  • Managing the after sales activities in order to guarantee the efficiency of Company’s Machines installed base on the region, turning to customer satisfaction;
  • Improving the sales strategy of LCS products aimed to hit the turnover and margin targets;
  • Managing the LCS activities in line with the HQ strategies;
  • Managing the assigned After Sales branch from the commercial and technical point of view; the candidate must be the main point of reference for intervention at customer site and shall guarantee the availability of operators and relevant parts for the activities on site, tracking the job during the whole period, in line and cooperation with the HQ;
  • Managing the Help Desk service of the branch;
  • Submit the customers’ requests and personalization of the machines through the company tools (CRM) to the Sales Eng. Team;
  • Analysing the company’s machines installed base through customers visit, to track the status of machines, understanding the root causes of problems, mis-functioning, in junction with company’s technicians, in order to create business opportunities;
  • Scouting opportunities for maintenance contracts and maintenance services and relevant applicability to customers;
  • Conducting deals with customer related to the sales of LCS products;
  • Managing and following the invoicing process with the HQ;
  • Draw up of sales report and tracking the sales indexes based on the HQ directives;
  • Cooperate with Sales Area Manager in order to share and be aligned on the customers projects and status;
  • Budgeting revenues and margins.

Profile:

Skills:

– Good knowledge of industrial machines – mechanical and electrical;

– Very Well knowledge of Indian, Nepalese, Bhutan, Sri Lankan market;

– Marked leadership and experience in managing people;

– Used to work in international environment;

– Very well in communication and relation with customers and internal customers;

– Customer obsessed;

– Able to identify suitable strategies or improving them;

– Perfect in Indian languages; good English;

– Good knowledge of standard tools usage (Office, CRM, Planner tools, ERP systems reading).

Availability to frequent travels in the assigned Area (India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka);

Availability to answer to customer also over the working time.
