 Designation:- Channel Sales Manager

Job Location: Remote   

Job Summary:

A pivotal position in attaining sales objectives, involving the establishment and

upkeep of robust connections with distributors and agents in specific cities/industries.

Responsibilities encompass delivering dedicated sales and technical assistance,

participating in exhibitions, and actively participating in market exploration. Open to

working in a startup environment and ready to function as an independent contributor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the company’s sales plan to surpass established targets.
  • Cultivate and expand a network of distributors and agents in targeted

regions/industries, fostering lasting relationships.

  • Provide dedicated sales and technical support to distributors/agents to drive

sales.

  • Attend global exhibitions/trade shows to identify potential markets and

engage with prospective customers.

  • Collect, organize, and provide insightful feedback on target market

information.

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging repurchases, transfers,

and introductions for sustained sales growth.

  • Take ownership of customer information establishment, storage, and

classification management.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to generate pipelines and identify business opportunities.
  • Passionate about sales, demonstrating diligence, initiative, and the flexibility

to work remotely with variable schedules, including up to 50% travel within

India

  • Strong team spirit, a sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills,

and adept interpersonal building skills.

  • Valuable experience in managing regional sales, and familiarity with the Indian market is a significant plus.
