Urgently required Sales engineer – Minerals for a well reputed company in Sharjah (UAE)

Designation:    Sales Engineer – Mineral

Location      :   Sharjah, UAE.

Experience  :   Min 4 + years of hands on experience

Job Description:

• Researching markets and seeking out new customers.
• Developing sales plan, sales forecast, and following up with sales targets.
• Manage won/lost analysis of sales projects.
• Estimate proper lead times and work with appropriate team members to monitor progress of projects in the pipeline.
• Develop new markets for our product range.
• Job may also entail finding international reps and managing them if brought on board.
• Participating in developing or suggesting new minerals, as well as improvement of current ones including cost improvements would be a plus.
• Relocation to Sharjah is highly desirable, however in certain circumstances we may consider a candidate who is highly qualified but needs to live somewhere else.
• Some travel including international is essential with approval of management as deemed justifiable.
• Must have a team player attitude and have skills necessary to work closely with diverse personalities within a small company culture and organization.
