About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a

Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and guiding the

development team in creating a cutting-edge web application. You should have a solid

background in full stack development, especially with Node.js + Vue.js. Additionally, experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to

               foster skill development and professional growth.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and

                maintainability.

• Delegate tasks and assignments to team members, monitoring progress and ensuring

                timely delivery of projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze users’ needs and define project

                requirements.

• Make informed decisions on software architecture and technical design to create

                scalable and efficient solutions.

• Champion Agile or Scrum methodologies to drive efficient project management and

                effective communication within the team.

• Drive continuous improvement in software testing practices and implement robust testing

                strategies to ensure product quality.

• Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges and bottlenecks that arise during

                development.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and assess

                their potential impact on the product and team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful Node.js projects.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue

  components, Vue Router, Vuex, and reactivity concepts.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar role.
• Proficiency in cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a demonstrated     ability to architect, deploy, and manage scalable applications on these platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker for efficient application

   deployment.

• In-depth knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with version control system Git, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience in software architecture design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for project management.
• Excellent problem-solving and solid coding skills.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
